Why would you not use professionals to move your most treasured possessions?

Our commitment to you starts with a survey of your home. Our experienced surveyor will make a thorough tour of your property noting the items to move. He will pay particular attention to items that may require dismantling or specialised equipment to help the moving process run smoothly. He will also take note of the items that require packing and wrapping.

Once his survey is complete he will discuss with you your requirements. Every move is different. You may want a full packing service with your move, or you may wish us to supply materials for you to pack yourselves. Either way our surveyor will put together a complete move plan specific to your requirements.

The information gained by our surveyor is then passed on to our experienced move teams. Each team has a list of instructions and equipment tailor made to fit your move and ensure it runs smoothly.

At the end of every move our team will hand you a quality questionnaire. Information from these questionnaires is collected by the Ombudsman Scheme quality monitoring service and used to asses our performance. Your comments are important to us.
